1-800-GOT-JUNK  www.1800gotjunk.com. Must make an appointment - not always same day availability.  They charge by how much cubic feet it takes in the truck. They only give you an estimate at the appointment. If you agree, they pick it up from wherever it is on the property and carry it to the truck. It doesn't always go straight to the landfill, and they will donate whatever they can.
